Assalam o alaikum. I'm having multiple issues. It feels like a pins and needles in my chest. Now I feel like a pin entered my skin on the left side of my chest. Sometimes the same pins and needles sensation reffers to my left arm. My index finger and thumb. I have Gerd. And it doesn't go away even with antacids, gavascon, mucaine syrup. Now for 4 days I'm feeling dizzy. It's not spinning circles. It's just dizziness and loss of proper balance. I would be grateful if anyone can diagnose what's really happening with me.
