Cal One D Tablet uses include providing essential nutrients for strong bones and treating calcium and vitamin D deficiency. It contains Ossein Mineral Complex (a collagenous protein with calcium and phosphorus) combined with Vitamin D3, which helps the body absorb calcium properly and maintain healthy bones, teeth, and muscles.

Your doctor might give you Cal One D Tablet for:

• Calcium deficiency

• Vitamin D deficiency

• Osteoporosis 

• Osteopenia 

• Bone fractures and slow healing

• Rickets in children

• Osteomalacia 

• Pregnancy and breastfeeding 

• Muscle cramps due to low calcium

Always follow your doctor's instructions exactly.

Adult Dosage:

• 1-2 tablets once daily with meals

Children Dosage:

• As directed by doctor

• Liquid form preferred for children

Pregnancy/Breastfeeding:

• 1 tablet daily or as directed by doctor

How to Take:

• Swallow whole with a glass of water.

• Take with food for better absorption.

• Take at the same time each day.

Don't use Cal One D Tablet if you:

• Have heart disease

• Do not take with tetracycline antibiotics (take 2 hours apart)

• Drink plenty of water while taking this medicine

• Do not exceed recommended daily dose

• Regular blood tests may be needed for long-term use
