I had some piles (chronic constipation)issue and tried so many doctors regarding this, but no use... Than one of my friend told me about Dr.kiran and then I consulted with her... She guided very well and her medicines worked like a magic on me honestly, thnx to her and now my piles issue gone Alhamdullilah!!!
