Weight Not Increasing
Mera weight mein boht try kr rha hoon gain krne ka but gain nhi ho rha hai. Pait bahir nikal rha hai lekin baazu aur taangein patli hain mein muscle gain bhi krna chahta but ho nhi rha. Kamzori rehti hai aur face b dull rehta hai
