I have melasma since three year ago,at the beginning it was not that much but it becomes worse now. I use foliron and fefol vit tablets but did not noticed any betterment. someone prescribed me to use clobevate cream. What should I use to cure this heartened disease

Detail examination and history is required but for the time being, use sunscreen of SPF 60+ thrice a day and avoid going out in Sun. Also use Cap. Transamin 500mg once a day for clearing the skin.
