I realise that people want a quick easy solution to weight management issues. Unfortunately, there isn't any magical food, tea, supplement or toka that will solve the problem. Also, there is never a one size fits all solution. Without proper consultation, it isn't possible for me or any other professional to guide you properly.
It doesn't matter if someone needs to gain weight or lose weight, change requires modifying both dietary and lifestyle habits, as well as dealing with any underlying psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, and severe stress. You need a proper diet plan in order to maintain your healthy life style after married life, Spinach is rich in Vitamins and Iron which is good for blood circulation. You can include 1 to ½ cup daily. Include 1 banana daily as it contains Potassium and Vitamin B6, which help in maintaining both physical and mental health. Same as meat (beef, mutton daily) meat helps increase testosterone levels in men.
