Assalam.o.Alaikum kindly drs tell me I have emergency laprotomy +btl 6june2025 during this my baby was no more after that I have normal just spotting during 40days but suddenly at 20july2025 I have heavy bleeding I went to gynaecologist she recommend me primolut n i use them till August but there were still spotting then I went to another professor gynaecologist of nishter hospital multan she changed my medicine and give me famila-28 tablets and said to use 2 months but I still spotting please help me drs I am very upset it's round about 2.5 month and I have spotting daily what should I do
