Talk to Ent Specialist on Sore Thorat

Assalamualikum. My problem is this that i can't eat or drink anything which has citrus flavour. If i eat or drink it a little bit it causes me a sore throat. Mein ne iski medicine bhi khai he but still agar halka sa bhi koi khata ya citrus even fruit bhi taste krlo jese ke apple to gala foran kharab ho jata he. I have visited many doctors. Har koi medicine de deta he jitni marzi kha lo still agar zara si بھی koi aesi cheez chakho ge phir gala mein dard and kharab. I am asking because i cannot even eat some fruits because of this.
