Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anal Prolapse
Asking for Self Female 27 , Fsd
, Drs, im 27 and im noticing a problem in anus.. when i poop and put pressure, the anus bulges out, its less than 2cm, not painful, and may go back on its own.. its been 3 days.. im worried, if its rectal prolapse... There's no lady gastroenterologist nearby.. is there any treatment for this? will it get worse over time? does it require surgery? im getting afraid day by day.. i had 2 baby births. last birth 2 yrs back.. Plz reply.. jazakAllah

thank you for Consultation, you are most probably having hemorrhoids are commonly known as piles , don't worry it's early grade may progress to 3rd and 4th degree early consultation with proper examination better treat the condition , I would suggest you get a examination done by a general surgeon or gastroenterologist, may need sigmoidoscopy with hemorrhoidal band ligation once confirmed. till that time you should avoid constipation take much water , vegetables , fruits and stool softener, isphagul husks 2 aTsp at night .
