Talk to Gastroenterologist on Ascariasis

Salam Doctors, I'm asking this for 1 of my colleagues, he was told by a doctor a month ago that he has Ascariasis lumbricodes in his small intestine with the size of 7 to 8 inches & they are in huge quantity, doctor suggested him Vermox 200 twice a day for a month & Ivermectin 6+6 twice a day for 3 days in a week & Albenbazol 400mg once a day for 3 days in a week for 1 month. he used this med for 1 long month but there is no betterment in his condition. Latest Ultrasound report is attached herewith. Please suggest some good med or a good doctor who could takeup the case. Please suggest.
