I often experience blood in stools . The color of blood is bright red . Inexperience no pain and any other symptoms. My bowel movements are irregular. From fast few days Im suffering from severe constipation. But that I mostly passed loose stools..

If you are living at Hyderabad City, then please get check up as early as possible as because altered bowel and Bleeding per rectum is worrisome, may need colonoscopy along with other routine labs.

You have suspected Hemorrhoidal bleeding due to constipation
Avoid constipation (2 bowel movements per day)
Take plenty of water and fiber (Fruits & Veggie)
Take Ispaghol daily
daily exercise
If still constipation Take Laxoberon tablets 1 to 4, depending on severity
