Salams dr. My son ,22months old has upset stomach since saturday night. Sunday he had fever at 100 and diarrhea (not so watery or loose) i have been giving him metrozine. But since yesterday i have noticed his poo turning reddish brown. Is it due to medicine or blood? Should i give him metrozine or any other antibiotics? Sunday motions count was 4 Monday 5 to 6. And today 4.
