My body is not digesting fat properly and because of that I have constant sinus infections, dry skin, irritability, inflammation, bloating, puffiness in face. i feel relaxed when I eat some fatty thing like cheese or egg yolks etc but it is short lived. after eating cheese, I get sticky, greasy and floating stool.
how can I fix my fat absorption problem?
