Talk to Gastroenterologist on Functional Dyspepsia
Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, CSS, 34030
Facing the issue of complete loss of appetite and functional dyspepsia since December 2021. Used different medicines like Itopride Hcl, trimetabol, mosegor, femotidine, cimetidine, vanprazon, dompridone, mirtazapine, olanzapine, quatapine, fulxotene, amitriptyline, actomide hydrochloride, pepzym, and much more others but didn't make difference at all. I'm sick of and tired from my situation, now I'm thinking about suicide because of my health conditions. Can't eat anything, 0 energy, can't walk, can't sit for a few minutes, all because of loss of appetite.
If a person is not get recovered despite using all the possible medicines from 3 years, what could be the next step? Endoscopy or colonoscopy should be done or not necessarily? Please respond me at your leisure.
