Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gallstones

Hello Doctors, Previously I shared my ultrasound report regarding my gallbladder stones and many doctors suggested that I should repeat the ultrasound. Now I have done the ultrasound again and attached both old and new reports/tests in this post. Kindly review them and guide me about the current condition and what treatment would be best for me. I am also experiencing symptoms like pain on the right side after eating, nausea, and bowel disturbance. Your guidance will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
