Asalam Dear Doctor's i am Facing Hurt burn Sometimes acidity Daily some time i feel my left chest is burning i haven't Ask any doctor yet and i done H pylori Test it's positive I don't know is there any connection between H PYLORI or acidty i haven't taken any medicine for h pylori can someone help i am facing daily Hurt burn and acidity and i also Left Hot food's like channa Daal bangen need suggestions or help

WOA, Dear, 50% of global population is positive for H Pylori... most of them are asymptomatic... but yes it is also related with acidity and heartburn.

In your case, I would say it due to H Pylori...
Take Cap Omega 20 mg daily on empty stomach for 3 weeks... if issue dissolve then ok... if it persists use H Pylori eradication therapy
