IBS Long Term Dyspepsia And Sometimes Constipation

I am suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome disease,a long term dyspepsia and Sometimes Constipation for about 10 years from these diseases I go to the toilet for stool about 8 to 10 times daily please advise me some good medication I shall be very thankful for this kindnesses forever God bless you Ameen
