Irritated Anal Region

Question

Husband from 1 year is facing anal region irritation wetness in the area, burning after poop. He constantly has to use a blow dryer to dry the area. Sometimes works sometimes not. Kindly suggest what to do. Taken no medication and consulted no doc yet.
