Talk to Gastroenterologist on Little Bit Blood With Stool

I was having acidity, I consulted a gastroenterologist, He prescribed me Nexum and ganaton.

After consuming both tablets for 2 weeks, my problem of acidity was gone but I started passing loose stool, not a motion but Gases and loose stool was daily passed. I had to immediately go to toilet.

Then, I stopped consuming those tablets and after 2-3 days, I started getting constipation and yesterday night after Eating Barbecue, Today I passed a stool with little bit blood on it twice and I'm feeling bit pain in the anal canal.
