what are the values of each values of LFTs , bilirubin , AST , ALT, alkaline phosphatase, total proteins, albumin
these all give some valuable information e.g lfts could be deranged a little from dehydration to some mild viral diseases , from mild asymptomatic genetic diseases to some dangerous disease.
but as per your niece age, 70% chances are it's nothing dangerous so without knowing result of LFTs , I think I should not prescribe you any more tests as lots of tests also misguide you in making diagnosis
