Asking For Brother, Male 25, sahiwal
I am attaching different prescriptions and reports of my 25 years old brother. He has gas issue, acidity (heartburn) after eating and on empty stomach, specially at night high bp shoots to 180+. His ecg etc is fine and cardiac specialist has told that heart health is fine. 2 days ago he woke up suddenly and said that he cannot breathe. if he is chain smoker kindly get his lung assessment done as well by Pulmonologist as he has breathing difficulty as well which can be due to gastritis and lung issues. For gastritis visit gastroenterologist.
