Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Ache And Urine Problem

My mother is a long term patient of high blood pressure and hypertension. From the past few years she's complaining about stomach ache and urine problems. Like sometimes she says she's constipated and sometimes she's suffering from stomach ache and loose motion.. she keeps complaining about burning sensation while she urinates.. After multiple visits various doctors and hospitals we find nothing... All her tests are clear.. but her pain doesn't go away.. it'll be a big help if anyone can suggest where should we take her for diagnosis.. which doctor should we contact.. we're based in Karachi and can't afford super expensive hospitals.
