Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach And Gas Issue

i am having sever stomach pain and gas issue. other symptoms are chest pain, body pain, muscles stress and fatigue, heat coming from stomach, elevated b.p and heart beat due to gas normally 150/100 with 100 to 110 heart beats, tiredness, sleep issue, feeling too much weak. please help me out. i have no physical activity i am a food lover and can't hold myself from overeating. i am hypertensive person with a lot of overthinking, anxiety and i am loosing my strength both physical and mental.
