Assalam o alaikum doctor sahib how are you I hope you are fine , doctor sahib mujhay tukreebun 4-5 Saal ho gayay Hain , maira stomach food achay say digest nahi kur paata jaisay kaay koi oily ya , beef , mutton , kha loon heavy too stomach burdasht nahi kur paata , bloating hai , belly ka pholna , gas , dakaar aana , etc mairay head kaay hairs bhee issi liyay shayad utu gayay hain ,mein bohot tension mein hoon please koi solution butaian , koi medicine recommend kurian , empty belly bhee aisa hota ha Sath mein saliva bhee dukar kaay Sath , phir jub kuch kha laita hoon too Thora relax ho jaata ha , maira breakfast aik cup normel sugar tea and 1 packet of biscuit hai , like gluco biscuit , lemon , click etc maira evening And night ka food kubhi ghur ka Khana hota hai kubhi bahir ka Khana Hur time aik pressure pressure feel hota hai chest pur , mein nay tukreebun 15-20 din say daily kaay 8-12 glass Pani add kiya huwa hai. Jis say 100 mein say 10-12% furuk hai please give me solution ??
