Well, Your symptoms are predominantly gut related. For me seems Irritable bowl Syndrome(IBS) . But labeling someone as IBS. We must exclude possible causes of said symptoms. ok thanks but can you please suggest instant and temporary relief for gas and acidity? Actually I want to observe if its clear for some duration is it also have good effect on mental health.
