If there is no history of any migraine ( chronic headache triggered by noise , specific foods etc) and it is some recent problem then ,As per your age you need to get your eyesight checked first of all and if glasses are needed you need to use it regular to avoid headache. If you have symptoms of nasal blockage and some post nasal drip in throat then this headache could be related to sinus issue and you need to see ENT doctor. Also get your blood pressure checked as high blood pressure could be the cause of your headaches. Thanks
