Salaam, my wife has sharp upper abdominal pains (in the morning only) and it’s unbearable pain, what could this be? She is 32, its been happening for 1 month but last 3 days it was too much pain. Ye kya ho skti hai? Thanks
Upper abdominal pain could mean pathology in the Stomach, Gall bladder,Pancreas or liver.There can be other causes as well.
Stomach is commonly effected in Acid peptic disorders.She may try Cap Risek 20 mg once a day empty stomach .But all abdominal pains as a general rule must be diagnosed after consultation, a good history and thorough physical examination.If there is no relief with above plan a consultation.. Reduce Spices in diet.

The upper abdominal pain can be due to various underlying conditions. If it is high intensity and gradually getting worse, a detailed examination by an experienced physician is required as soon as possible.
