Maybe you have reflux oesophagitis causing stomach acid to go into the respiratory system.Such patients developed asthma with wheezing.

In fact, I had covid in which the doctor give me very severe medicine due to which my stomach got upset. It has been six months since my stomach has not recovered Problems occur and breathing problems begin.
