Assalam o alaikum..I have been having chest pain for two or three days due to gas and constipation for two days. Sometimes the pain is less, sometimes the pain is more and I can't sleep at night because of the pain.i am used risek and gaviscon syrup but they did not work..What could be the reason why this is happening?

please sleep with head slightly elevated with 2 pillows. drink a glass of water first thing in morning. avoid spicy food, fried , fatty food.
take Gaviscon before eating.
visit a doctor .
