i have food allergies. Problem is there are many foods i can't eat. even small amount cause itching, runny nose and sneezing in the morning. foods i can't eat are rice , beef , potatoes, all kind of dry fruits , chicken and some more also. i want to know are these allergies treatable. i took some doses of vaccines from rawalpindi allergic center also but when stop same again. right now i am in abu dhabi and want to do treatment please guide me is it possible ?
