I had anxiety for so many years. i took cipralex 10mg for 5 months after which it disappeared. but now i m having it again. i feel abdominal pain in morning and discomfort throughout the day. neck and upper back muscles become stiff. dryness of mouth. tachycardia and excess urination. Negative thoughts. should i take the medicine again or only counselling can help. kindly guide

I have said this because you cannot rely on medicine alone because medicine effectivity is not permanent.
Human body have the capability of adopting itself to psychiatric medicines. That's why psychotherapy is important in combination to medicine for term cure.
There is a need that you should take proper treatment otherwise these somatic symptoms will continue to exist and will cause somatic symptoms also.
Rest is yours choice.
