1. jis wajah s anxiety hai, us ko sochna chor dein ya us chez s dur hojay
2. Relaxation exercise krein jiski picture m apko upload kr dta hu
3. subah uthne k baad 30 minute akele ho kr lmbay saana lein, naak s hawa andr lein or muh s bhr nikalein
4. SSRIs ko minimum dose m lete rhein or one month kay bad dubara situation btay. mzed medicine add ni krni.
5. best treatment anxiety ki wajah ko solve krna hai. wo wajah discus krein to mzed treatment us k according ho skta hai.
