Appendix Scar

Question

I had appendix operation when i was 9 years old now im 28 i have a big scar from that operation which tugs my tummy inside and doesn't look good at all. It's more like my insecurity. I want to get rid of it. Suggest any method , I don't want to get tummy tuck. Is there any other small operation which eliminates that scar?
