Talk to General Physician on Asking To Clear Up My Mind

I have been feeling numbness in both of my arms after I wake up, it goes away in a minute but I haven't been able to sleep properly for the past couple of days. I usually sleep for 9 to 11 hours. After I woke up today the numbness in my right arm isn't going away with some discomfort in the right leg but left side is fine. Plus I have been feeling slightly dizzy after waking up at 9.30 am and now it's 5.15 pm. I'm worried about what can it be. Can it be stroke or something? How long does symptoms for stroke take to manifest. I am a 23 old active male. I have been playing football for the past 5 6 years on a weekly basis. I don't smoke plus my BP and pulse rate is normal.
