Talk to General Physician on Back Pain

i had my first delivery in december 2018 i had epidural After few days i started having pain in back (red spot). i thought it is weakness and it will go away with the time as it was winters too. it became less with time but happens sometimes only when i carry something heavy or exert force. now the pain is moving to the direction shown in blue till (blue spot). i feel pain when i press it (both blue and red spot) or i bend fwd like we do in rakooh in namaz. red spot feels like i have been hit here. but blue pain feels like a cut or wound dnt know exact.

now i want to know what is it and whom should i consult?
