السلام علیکم I'm having this problem for around 3years now. it started in the lower back. Then in the night it comes to upper body. I m getting awake I. the night due it's severity. I had X-rays which shows Normal results. when I'm taking Painkillers, then pain goes away. now a days this pain going down to Hips due to that I can not change side easily.
