Is this pain occurs while changing positions or it also occurs at rest.Is it associated with any other symptom or not .Which medicines are you taking and whether they were recommended by a dr or self medicated..Is there any history of injury or fall or heavy weight lifting

Sir this is due to overweighting in gym, and this pain also occurs at rest it is a sudden pain. All the medicine were recommended by doctors. I did MRI which is clear and also some tests.
1: calsium Test
2: ESR test
3: RA factor
4: uric acid Test
5: CPR test
All are clear.
