Asking For Self, Male 31, Karachi

I had a back pain from few days but manageable because I have 9 to 5 job which is problem with almost everyone. yesterday i was pulling bed and closet due to paint work in my home the pain grew in lower left section. it is not a continuous pain in resting position or walking but at certain posture pain start to feel may be some nerve issue. pls suggest whom should I consult chiropractor, orthopaedic or general physician.

Back problems are commonly encountered.Bad posture prolonged sitting with stooped position, sagging sofa chair or beds are a usual cause. Also abrupt bending or lifting weight can cause muscle spasm,or strain or disc herniation or buldge.
You need pain killers muscle relaxants and physiotherapy for learning proper posture and excercises. You can contact an orthopaedic consultant If symptoms persist to 6 weeks.

Usually back pain resolves by itself and imaging Xrays only needed if symptoms persist beyond 6 weeks. to 2 months.
