No the report is not overall normal, but the good news is that it doesn\'t indicate any precancerous or cancerous changes in it.
It says that there is mild long term inflammation in Cervix and there\'s a fibroid within Uterus middle wall. In left ovary, there\'s hemorrhagic corpus luteum but it can be due to ovulation or other functional reasons.
So overall, the report is reassuring.
