I observed yesterday while defecation,bright red fresh blood and thats coming from rectum.i cant go to dr yet as im serving in a far flung area and have a 1.5 yr old breaat feeding baby.i also had lap chole 1 yr suggest some medicine to stop it for a dr myself and it seems to be a fistula but there is no i had an svd for which episiotomy was bad.
Hey, you need to stay calm. Consume high fibre diet... Kindly consult online. It might not be a serious problem, but definitely needs evaluation.

i think being a doctor first do a complete examination to find any local injury or opening tract there.
other thing to rule out is hemmoroids having painless bleed, nsaid induced and IBD. so rule out that. treat accordingly
however for now
pressure dressing and tablet transamine 500mg b.d will help
ideally get surgeon consultation.
till your consultation you take cap Doxium 500mg BD 1 week, cap transamin 500mg BD 3 days .as your short history indicates more likely internal haemorrhoids, try to avoid constipation take high fiber diet.
