2, 3 years before it was minor bloating, then gradually increased day by day, food digest in few minutes, don't have constipation, never had constipation. last month because of weak immune system I had shingles. now bad smell coming out from mouth and ear. and I am feeling my immune system is very weak although I am healthy person. my weight is 76kg height 5:10 and age 41. is it sever problem. I have two small balls or lumps one on wrist and one behind elbow. now main problem is 1) sever gas 2) bad smell in ear wax 3) bad mouth smell. 4) weak immune system. please suggest something:
take multi vitamins for immune system.
