Please get a Doppler ultrasound of your fingers to confirm the diagnosis and then visit a vascular specialist either vascular surgeon or physician who will give you anticoagulant and thrombolytic treatment to reverse the process.
secondly please do not do heavy exercises bending or weight lifting as it will exacerbate the condition.
