Talk to General Physician on Blood In Stool

It’s been few weeks i have been facing problems regarding to health. It started with loss of hair and then flu,fever and faintness.tremors in leg and not having enough energy to stand or sit. Later then it started diarrhoea and weight loss with an increased appetite.. Now a large amount of blood in stool, fatigue, hair loss and weight loss with an episode of hand tremors and headaches. also there is a severe pain in the abdomen because of gas which only stays for a day.... Since i’m a thyroid patient so i went for the thyroid test but the results came out normal..
