Talk to General Physician on Blood Pressure

AoA It has been 2 years I am facing this BP issue . I don’t know exactlay is it BP or Anxiety. I usually feel dizziness , something happening in my head, loss of concentration, high heart rate , trouble focusing. Sometimes ringing in my ear, back of neck pain and back in 2016 I was facing some sleeping problem for almost 2 months in which i suffered constant nightmares. Early my blood pressure was constantly up 130/90, 140/90 even for almost a month ot remained continuously up after using medication. I have done all my test from Aga Khan Hospital Karachi and everything was fine Please need you sincere suggestion I am using BP tablets now but once or twice in a week i face the same issue
