Creatinine is slightly higher than normal. What can be possible reasons?
Early kidney strain or chronic kidney disease
Dehydration at time of test
High muscle mass (sometimes raises creatinine mildly)
Certain medicines (painkillers, supplements, etc.)

Important next step: Check eGFR, urine routine, and urine albumin/protein.

If this is HbA1c 5.7%, it falls into prediabetes range (borderline). That means increased future diabetes risk, especially with hypertension.
