It's borderline diabetic report, you need to check HbA1c & 2 hour post meal sugar as well

Dear concerned

Single reading is not sufficient to label u as diabetic.
repeat fasting sugar and random sugar with normal routine diet. if they are still high, go for HBA1c for confirmation. The report numbers will decide the path of management. There is nothing to worry about. Diabetes is easily manageable.
