I check my blood sugar in fasting for 4 days 1 day. 108 2 day. 107 3 day 108 4day 108
I dont know what is happening im now in extreme stress
Previously i have no blood sugar problem & im not in overweight or obesity I strictly follow healthy diet And also doing jogging Still i dont understand why this happening

check ur start of fasting .no food during whole night.after 12 hours,check ur sugar,dont work in night ,sleep as normal,THE RESULT COME VL B CORRECT ,THEN BELIEVE ON IT.Regards.Allah kareem

Relax, this is ok.
get fasting blood sugar done once from a reusable laboratory.
if that is under 110mg per dl, it is ok.
if more than 110mg per dl, it is impaired fasting glucose, which should be assessed with 75g oral glucose tolerance test.
jo need to worry follow and good diet plan.
walk daily in morning and evening after dinner and please do HbA1C test to check the sugar level from last three months
