Talk to General Physician on Body Pain In The Right Side

Assalam o Alaikum wrwb!

Need advice for my mom.

She complains of having pain in her right hand, from shoulders till wrist. Also, in her whole right leg. In fact , the whole right side of her body she complains the possible pain therein. We've consulted many doctors, spent thousands but no long run benefit. Just short term subside in pain due to pain killers may be, but overall no benefit.

Someone has told her, "aapki veins dabb gayi hen" ??‍♂️ Since then ek weham aur hogaya hai. Don't know whom to consult. I'm even ready to get her tests done like blood tests, urine test or any other relevant but don't know which doctor to consult.

Please advise.

P.s. she's diabetic patient too. No other disease except for this intense pain...
