Asalam o alaikum doctors, I've been facing this issue for a couple of years now. I don't know why my hands aur foots start shivering whenever i get depressed or think about something that's disturbing and even sometimes while holding few things this is very disturbing, Please let me know what precautions could be taken to avoid.
