dr sahib every morning whole body stiffness and after some work body relax and when i sit quietly then body again become stiff and cold dr sahib why due to this stiffness i cant able to perform daily activities..... Plz why body stiffness and why it comes avain and again now cold weather is gonna start what ll i do any tests??? Pls help how can i relax body stiffness permanently

I was covid postive 6 month ago after that all this started initially i though it is orthostatic hypertension but later i did mri of neck thats show disc bulges but no nerve root compfation.... It last whole day when ever i move a bit then circulation gets batter whn i sit then it started again...... Cant bent more... Not able to offer prayer.... Like an old man.. Neck hurts when see down and bit havuness in left arm
